Anti-oxidization solder bar and common solder bar of our company are made of super raw material and advance melting technology, under strict quality control, there is little impurity, such as Cu, S, Al, Zn and so on. The bar offers clean surface, shiny and reliable solder dot. Moreover, the property of solder bar reaches GB/T3131-2001, ISO9453, JISZ3283 and USA B32-1996 standards.

Anti-oxidization solder bar is based on selecting material and producing technology of common solder bar, made with some anti-oxidation element. It has evident anti-oxidization effect, good wetting, good physical and mechanical property. It can keep stirring in the static under 400℃, it offers lower dross and less solder defect, so, widely used for wave soldering and dip soldering. Sn63Pb37 and Sn60Pb40 anti-oxidization alloys are offen used.

Common solder bar: There is no anti-oxidization effect in common solder bar, but it offers excellent property and soldering, lower dross. We can offer many kinds of alloys of solder bars according to the user’s require.

Anti-oxidization alloy of our company is a kind of solder alloy contained anti-oxidization concentrate. It si easy to use, and can slow down the oxidizations of solders. The woking temperature is 230—500℃.
Alloy:    Sn50Pb50   Net weight: 500g/box
Purpose:   for dip soldering: 1:100, mix up. When the surface is oxidizated, depending on experience, workers can add a little anti-oxidization alloy, and mix up.
